During this appointment, we review your existing jewellery (where applicable), discuss your ideas, aesthetic direction and practical requirements, and assess the most suitable pathway forward — whether that is a bespoke piece or the thoughtful reimagining of an existing jewel.
This is an assessment and design-direction appointment designed to provide clarity, realistic guidance, and next steps before any CAD work or quoting begins.
Where relevant, clear images of existing pieces may be requested in advance so the consultation can be as productive and considered as possible.

Consultation Fee Credit (if Project Proceeds)
The consultation fee may be credited toward the final manufacturing invoice for projects accepted by Magnolia Howard and proceeded with within 30 days of the consultation, as confirmed in writing.

Payment is required at time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
Booking this service secures consultation time only and does not include design development or manufacture.
This service may be conducted via phone or in person (where available). Email communication may be used for enquiry screening and follow-up, but detailed advice may require a paid consultation.
Consultation outcomes are advisory in nature and based on the information, materials, and images presented at the time.
Booking this consultation does not guarantee project acceptance, suitability, or studio availability.
Jewellery remodelling is assessed case by case. Existing gold and gemstones may not be suitable for incorporation or reuse and cannot be guaranteed.
Detailed quoting, CAD development, renders, and technical design work are not included in this service.
Metallurgical testing, gemstone certification, valuations, and sourcing/procurement are not included unless separately quoted.
The consultation fee is non-refundable once the appointment has taken place.
Rescheduling requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
Consultation fee credit (if applicable) applies only where confirmed in writing and where the project is accepted and proceeds within 30 days of the consultation.
Any credit toward production is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit unless otherwise agreed in writing.
