This service is for clients who are ready to move beyond consultation and into the design phase.
Working from an approved direction, the CAD Design Development, Rendering, 3D Modelling (Wax/Resin) & Quotation Package covers the professional design time required to develop and refine a concept into a considered, buildable pathway for a bespoke piece.
This stage may include CAD design development and refinement, visual rendering, practical design adjustments for wearability and manufacture, 3D modelling (wax/resin, where applicable), and preparation of a formal custom quotation.
As with all bespoke and jewellery remodelling work, scope varies. Complexity, revisions, material considerations, and project direction will influence the design fee and timeline.
Pricing Note
From $645 is the starting price for eligible projects and applies to one jewellery piece with a defined scope.
Final fees are tailored to project complexity, remodelling requirements, revisions, and rendering/3D modelling scope, and are confirmed in writing prior to commencement.

Revision Allowance & Scope Changes
This package includes up to 2 revision rounds within one agreed design direction, as confirmed in writing prior to commencement.
A revision round refers to refinements to the current agreed concept (for example: proportion adjustments, detail refinements, or practical modifications for wearability/manufacture).
Redesigns, new concept directions, changes in brief, expanded scope, or additional pieces are outside the included revision allowance and will incur further charges.
Any additional fees and revised timelines will be confirmed in writing before further work proceeds.
Design Fee Credit (if Project Proceeds)
The consultation fee may be credited toward the final manufacturing invoice for projects accepted by Magnolia Howard and proceeded with within 30 days of the consultation, as confirmed in writing.

More complex projects may incur additional design fees, which will be quoted and confirmed in writing before further work proceeds.

Fees are non-refundable once design work has commenced.
This package includes only the revision allowance confirmed prior to commencement.
Additional revisions, redesigns, added concept directions, changes in brief, expanded scope, or additional pieces will incur further charges and may extend timelines.
Existing gold and gemstones may not be suitable for incorporation or reuse and are assessed case by case.
CAD/design fees cover professional design services and are separate from manufacturing costs.
Rendering and 3D modelling (wax/resin) inclusion is subject to project suitability and agreed scope.
Ring size must be confirmed prior to production
Post-production resizing is not automatically included unless specified in writing.
Where resizing is requested after manufacture, feasibility and fees will depend on the design, materials, setting style, and required size change.
Please note that some designs may have limited resizing capacity or may not be suitable for resizing.
Commencement of design work constitutes acceptance of the agreed scope and fee structure.
Magnolia Howard reserves the right to pause or decline work outside the agreed scope until revised fees and timing are approved.
Production timelines are quoted separately and begin only after design approval, quotation acceptance, and deposit payment.
Any credit toward production is discretionary unless expressly confirmed in writing, and applies only where the project proceeds within the agreed timeframe.
All CAD files, renders, and design development materials remain the intellectual property of Magnolia Howard unless otherwise agreed in writing.
